Everyone is talking about collagen these days! I tried it for the first time a few years ago, but just didn’t jump on the bandwagon right away. That’s all changed now (as you can see in my video below!) 🙂
This is because one of my favourite brands of natural health supplements just launched their own collagen – Genuine Health (CONGRATS!!). I got a sneak preview of it before the official launch to give it a test drive.
I’ve been adding a scoop of Genuine Health’s Clean Collagen (see my coupon below!) on a daily basis for the last several weeks. I add it to a warm drink like hot tea but I also LOVE lattes so I’ve also been mixing it into my matcha latte. Collagen has no flavour or odour either so when you mix it into drinks, all you can taste is the goodness of all the ingredients in the latte, while getting all of the wonderful benefits of the collagen!
Since I’ve been taking collagen over a month now, the biggest difference I’ve noticed is that my skin feels softer to the touch.
